Growing leaders generally fall into

two levels of learning

 

Learning how to better lead Self

This level of learning is the starting point for all of our training.  Before a person can lead others well, they must first learn to lead themselves well. The fundamentals areas of self-leadership are habits, health, relationships, time, and money.

Learning how to better lead Others

This level of learning is for leaders who need to refine their skills of casting vision, owning their beliefs, communication, mentoring others, and planning.  This training provides the knowledge and exercises necessary to help them development their leadership to the next level of success.
