Level 1 Resources: Leadership Basics

7 Week Course: The Power of Self-Leadership   $99

A 7 week course of study where a person is led through the fundamentals of self-leadership.  The course consists of a weekly audio lesson followed by four days of implementation exercises.  Each student will be challenged to improve their self-leadership in the areas of their habits, health, relationships, time, and money. Includes 2 CD’s of audio lessons+ leadership workbook.

 

Growth Group Experience $350

By far, our most popular way to experience this resource is in a Growth Group.  This is a group of 4-6 people who come together each week to celebrate, encourage, and hold one another accountable to heir very best.  Each group is led by a LSLO certified coach.  Included are 2 audio CD, workbook, 7 sessions.

 

6 Week Course: My Vision   $99.95

This course trains a leader how to capture their vision and then gives them the practical steps to leverage this vision to lead themselves and to lead others.  2 CD’s + leadership handbook.

Relationship Coaching for Individuals & Teams   

$850 per person / $1400 per partnership

Using the Birkman Method®, Dr Baxter provides a leader with an in-depth look at the complexities that make up who they are.  He helps them better understand their usual behavior, their stress behavior, and their underlying needs.  This tool is used by many fortune 500 companies for leadership development.  The assessment consists on an online test with 3 hours of feedback and coaching.  Includes the Birkman Test®, 2 hours assessment of test, 3 hours of coaching.  see www.birkman.com 

Teams and partnership are coached on how best to relate to one another and given practical insights on how to best leverage the relationship.  (non-profits: $750 per person / $1200 per partnership.  Group rates available)

 

Marriage Assessment  $1200 per couple

Using the Birkman Method®, Dr Baxter helps couples gain an in-depth understanding of their mate and the dynamics of their unique partnership.  He offers practical direction to enhance the relationship and gives the couple homework to get them started towards deeper levels of friendship and intimacy.  Includes the Birkman Test®, 2 hours assessment of test, 3 hours of coaching.

 

Leadership Coaching with Dr Baxter  $99 per session

Leaders often request a coaching relationship with Dr Baxter for the purpose of developing their leadership skills.  Birkman Test® required.  Coaching consists of leadership skill training, assignments, and evaluation.

 

Surveys for Leadership Assessment of the Organization

These surveys provide a leader with an accurate and quantifiable data that helps assess the leadership needs of their organization.
