Lori brings enthusiasm and energy to help leaders discover and reach their maximum potential. After experiencing difficulty resourcing solid leadership development tools for the teams she was leading, Lori sought additional training and education and discovered the field of life coaching. She has been a professional life coach for 11 years, having completed her foundational training through The Institute for Life Coach Training. She is a Lead Self Lead Others certified leadership coach and has also been a certified corporate wellness coach.
Life is about change whether we are prepared for it or not. We believe the most effective leaders are prepared. They study change, respect change, and work to create change. Lori guides clients to actively embrace change and fully steward their story. Clarifying values, discovering potential, and breaking through the frustration gap are all part of the process. Powerful transformation and positive forward movement are the results. Not where you would like to be? Lori brings strengths and insights to her coaching gained from a diverse business, educational, and ministry background. This includes over 20 years experience in sales, marketing, and development. Lori has designed a total quality management system and coached teams through successful implementation. She has also launched business startups and understands the planning, determination, and objectivity needed to be successful. Lori has a Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in psychology, humanities, and science from Northeastern State University. She is also an experienced speaker and presenter for retreats, workshops, and training events.
Lori is married to DJ and they have four children: two adult sons, two young daughters, and a precious daughter-in-law. Her family is the inspiration and impetus behind her work. Energizers include delicious coffee, great books, serene walks, and mountain views.
