Coaching begins with a simple conversation with no expectations.  During the initial connection, the LSLO coach will use their training to identify the best path forward for each of their clients and put that in the form of a written coaching proposal.  Once the proposal has been accepted, then the first coaching appointment is set.

Leaders / Managers

Leaders and managers have unique coaching needs because they have responsibilities that involve leading and managing people.  In addition to focusing in on their self leadership needs, we also take a look at their knowledge and core skills required for effective leadership and management.

C-Suite Executive Leaders

C-Suite Executive Leaders have unique coaching needs because they have responsibilities that involve leading and guiding the entire origination.  

They are responsible to making decisions that have global impact on the culture and the entire employee group.

Also, they tend to not have anyone that they can talk to about their leadership challenges.  At their level, they are supposed to “figure it out” and may have to make decisions in isolation.

CEO coaching is unique because the CEO is responsible for casting vision and using their position and influence to lead the company.  We use a unique set of coaching conversations to help them develop their leadership skills and help them  be most effective leading their management teams and their boards.

Over the years we have worked with over a hundred teams in for-profit and nonprofit sectors, teaching them about self-leadership and improving their collaborative skills.

Physicians

Physicians and health care professionals have unique coaching needs because their industry is in a constant state of change, and most of their training has not prepared them for challenges they are facing.  

Not only do they face the highest standards for clinical care but also they are responsible for proper care and respect of their fellow employees. Additionally, they must work with software systems that are in a perpetual state of updates.  

Our coaching focuses in on stress management, people skills, and care of self. We have developed a Physician coaching program that addresses a multitude of issues ranging from simple improvement as a professional to intense coaching for disruptive Physicians.

Personal Coaching

Personal coaching is a wonderful experience because the focus is on helping clients take practical steps towards their full potential.  

We have developed exercises that will help them appreciate their story and life lessons, understand their unique hard-wiring, practical solutions for moving forward, clarity of purpose and vision for their life, and accountability to keep moving forward.

Getting the next generation of leaders headed in the right direction is a top priority for LSLO.  We have helped many high school and college students make better decisions regarding their future using the Birkman® assessment and one-on-one coaching.
