Hi, I’m Connor Baxter. I’m 30 years old and have been married to my wife, Ally, for 8 years. We have 4 children and live in Frisco, TX. My passion in leadership coaching is to “help you become a leader everyone loves to follow.” If someone is willing to make the sacrifice to lead – then I want to help them do it to the best of their abilities. My hope is to leverage the refined wisdom, tools, and processes from the past 20+ years at Lead Self Lead Others (LSLO) to coach leaders toward making a lasting impact in their organization(s) and in the lives of others. I’ve had the privilege of starting organizations, companies, and currently leading a church. Each of those opportunities have allowed me to experience the painful realities of leadership and have strengthened my resolve to champion and coach leaders!
