Becky manages the operations and administrative support for the company and the coaching team. She plays a vital role in making sure we deliver our services with excellence.
She received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology with a Minor in Chemistry from Northeastern State University. Also, Becky earned her MBA with an emphasis in e-Business from the University of Phoenix.
Prior to working with the LSLO team, she spent 11 years working in Cardiology at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa and then with Oklahoma Heart Institute, one of Tulsa’s premier Cardiology groups. Needing a change, Becky switched fields and now works in the the Oil & Gas industry in royalty management. She does all types of activities from accounting, division order analysis and leasing just to name a few. Also, for the last 29 years she has led a successful Mary Kay business.
In 2015, she joined the Lead Self Lead Others team working just a few hours a week in a very limited role. Since then, Becky has significantly increased her time and scope of responsibilities and is now a key player in the company.
When not staying busy with work, Becky enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband enjoy watching movies, dinners out, playing specialty board games and just spending time together. They have one son, an active 18 year old. He is a senior at Broken Arrow High School and a member of the 2021 Grand National Champion marching band The Pride of Broken Arrow. Becky stays busy with her son’s school activities. In addition, to her immediate family, she also enjoys spending time with extended family including her sister and nieces. She is fortunate to live close to family and see them often.
